After more than twenty years of experience consulting with Fortune 500 companies, Bill Molloy and
Steve Weitzenkorn teamed up on several successful projects in the late 1990s. On a flight back from Detroit and a visit to
General Motors, they agreed there was a tremendous opportunity to align some of the top people in the human resources consulting
field to provide high quality programs and services to more organizations around the country and around the world.
Bringing the expertise of Fortune 500 consultants to small and medium-size organizations,
as well as larger ones, is often beyond reach because of cost or location. It is now within grasp as a result of that airplane
conversation.
On that day HROutfitters was born on the principle of placing the right people
in the right place at the right time. Bill and Steve's vision is to provide organizations of all sizes with the best resources
and programs available to identify and develop their people to achieve important organizational goals.
Our vision and mission are fueled by our values and strong customer focus. Our products
and programs are carefully evaluated by a committee of business practitioners to ensure only the finest resources are made
available under our banner. The quality of our products and services are the reason we develop long-term relationships with

We have worked with some of the premier companies in the world, from Citibank, Motorola,
BP Oil, Bank One, and Merck to Microsoft, GE, Charles Schwab and The Dial Corporation. Today we are the founders and managing
partners of HROutfitters, a unique organization of experienced and successful consultants.
We are based in Scottsdale, Arizona where our children thrive on the desert surroundings.
We believe that as adults we have a responsibility to be intimately involved with the education of our children and the quality
