Essentials of Leadership

Connects leadership with business success by focusing on critical management practices to achieve strategic objectives, using highly engaging exercises. Builds commitment to change and concludes with on-the-job action planning.


Strategic Leadership

Develops knowledge of strategic leadership concepts, decision making, and applications. May be customized to specific organizational needs or incorporated into an executive strategic leadership retreat.


Breakthrough InterActions

Builds skills for handling challenging conversations, clarifying and defining issues, facilitating through conflict and differing points of view, and assessing assumptions and inferences. Incorporates the Ladder of Inference and other models as tools for testing reality and building from a common base of information.


Interpersonal Performance Skills

Builds interpersonal communication skills to handle challenging and routine one-on-one and group interactions. Skills help strengthen engagement, build commitment and facilitate problem solving.


Feedback and Coaching

Develops skills for giving behavioral feedback and coaching to improve performance and motivation.


Building Trust

Develops knowledge and skills for assessing trust issues and strengthening strategic, personal and organizational trust. Action planning and application to the job are key elements


Teamwork Fundamentals

Strengthens teamwork, interdepartmental cooperation, and team leadership by focusing on key concepts and involving participants in a dynamic team-building simulation. Concludes with action planning and job application exercise.


Reaching Agreement

Focuses on highly effective methods for making successful decisions. A systematic process and six proven techniques are learned and practiced in a challenging simulation. Participants learn how to use a series of practical tools to use back on the job.


Developing Growth Paths and Maximizing Talent

Provides a clear, practical process for building individual and organizational talent and charting growth paths tied to business goals, performance management, motivational factors, and career development.


Flight Alert: A Communication & Team Building Simulation

This is a highly flexible simulation designed to challenge the following behaviors: Individual Leadership, Group Leadership, Initiative, Team Work, Communication, Cooperation, Problem Solving, and Information Gathering.
