William F. (Bill) Molloy

Business Background

William F. Molloy has an impressive business background combining line management, profit center responsibility, and organizational consulting. He started his business career with the investment firm of Waddell & Reed as a certified financial planner. Later he joined Royal Business Machines, a Division of Litton Industries. As Dealer Manager for the Office Products Division, he was responsible for franchise operations in six states.

In 1977, Bill joined an international training and development firm as National Marketing Manager for behavior modeling based programs. He traveled extensively introducing business applications of this new learning concept. Promoted to Vice President, he opened the first regional office on the West Coast and continued to play an instrumental role in the company's expansion. In 1988, Bill joined The Forum Corporation, a premier Boston-based consulting firm, as Senior Vice President and Western Division Manager.

Bill has consulted with such organizations as American Express, Bank One, Bank of America, Bankers Trust, Charles Schwab, NationsBank, Xerox, Standard & Poors, The Point Resorts, Kodak, Coca-Cola, Motorola, IBM, The Arizona Republic, St. Luke's Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente, Cox Cable, Sheraton Hotels, Levi Strauss, Los Angeles Unified Schools, Nike, the IRS, and Deloitte & Touche.

Mr. Molloy is co-founder of HROutfitters LLC, a human resources development and management consulting practice based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He works extensively with senior management groups in a variety of industries. In addition to this work in the areas of leadership, sales management, customer focus, quality, and productivity, Bill is a popular speaker. He is often asked to address senior management groups and deliver keynote speeches for national associations and large corporations. Recently he has addressed groups at Nike, American Express, Prudential, Panasonic, DuPont, Standard & Poors, SAFECO, Los Angeles Times, GE Capital, Amoco, Hilton Hotels, International Customer Service Association, Arizona Association for Industrial Development, and the U.S. Council on International Banking.

Personal Background

Before entering business, Bill was a high school coach, teacher, and counselor. He is an active community leader and is President of the Arizona Congressional Award Council. He is also a member of the Paradise Valley School District Allocation Resource Committee. He is frequently quoted in the media on the subject of customer focus and leadership. Bill has published articles in Training Magazine, Southern California Business Journal, San Diego Business Journal, and Administrative Radiology.

Bill earned a BA from Stonehill College in Massachusetts and a Master's Degree in Personnel and Counseling from the University of Maryland at College Park. He lives with his wife and three children in Scottsdale, Arizona.
